I got to spend the afternoon with one of my best friends on land on the private Lake Norris. What a beautiful place!

distractions

Once again, it's been forever since I've blogged a darn thing. I haven't even had the camera out of it's case in quite awhile. I keep forgetting about what's important, and worry about the stressful demanding things. And my store has been neglected too. So sad.

I'm hoping to change that. That and a lot of other things.

rebirth

I can't quite describe my life at this point; needless to say there has been a lot of excitement!



Recent events and new, intriguing friendships are inspiring me to get my act together again, and too much alone time is giving me the opportunity to quit delaying.

it's been awhile....

wow, I haven't been on here in forever. need some updating desperately! I will be getting to that shortly. sad part is there aren't that many new photos to add either. what have I been doing with myself?

a revisit to The Oldest City - 09.20.08

a miserable day on the northeast coast of Florida. a day to stay indoors, or adventure and see what the rain and sea turn up.

I finally made it to the lighthouse, after 18 years of saying I would. and yes, I did climb to the top.

after the dizzying wind and heights, a trip to the pier...

it was a rather blustery day, but there's

never a bad day in St. Augustine.

I'm baaack

wow, never thought I would have to actually buy a new computer. the old one is only two years old!

but I did, and I have, and it's one of those super-duper, slicing, dicing, magnifcient machines that's supposed to last me at least a few years and I should never be able to use up all the 6GB of memory on it or the 500GB external hard drive I bought to go with it.

I can even tune in a radio station and watch cable tv on it!

I think I noticed something about laundry too, but I can't seem to find that gadget. or the one that walks the dog and mows the lawn...

all I wanted was to play with my pics, can you imagine?

so, as I get used to my new system, bear with me until I can figure out how to post some more pics. this also means a new improved peacgecko photography store in the extremely new future.

just in time for the holidays!
